New York Attorney General Letitia James released video Thursday as part of an investigation into a fatal police-involved shooting in Massapequa.
The footage shows police shooting and killing Jeremy Bennett in his car following a pursuit that started in Queens and ended on Sunrise Highway in September.
Police say seven officers were injured after being hit by Bennett's car as he fled during the pursuit.
The attorney general is required by law to investigate any fatal police-involved shooting.
The investigation is ongoing.
