Two Nassau County families are suing after their children were removed from school for allegedly getting fake vaccines.
Parents are demanding their children be allowed to return to class in Franklin Square and Cold Spring Harbor.
The students were told to stay home after the New York State Health Department announced the children's vaccination records were faked by a Baldwin midwife.
The state says Jeanette Breen gave nearly 700 Long Island children homeopathic pellets instead on state-mandated vaccines for sicknesses like chicken pox and measles.
