Levittown man indicted for allegedly killing wife, shooting brother-in-law

Police say Thomas DiNapoli, 68, shot and killed his wife Cheryl after an argument in their home back in August.

A Levittown man has been indicted for allegedly killing his wife and attempting to kill his brother-in-law.
Police say Thomas DiNapoli, 68, shot and killed his wife Cheryl after an argument in their home back in August.
DiNapoli's brother-in-law then allegedly wrestled the gun away from him, but DiNapoli grabbed a second weapon and shot him.
DiNapoli faces up to 50 years to life in prison if convicted.
