A Medford man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for driving high on drugs and killing an East Patchogue widow.
Justin Klein was high on Xanax and had heroin when he ran a red light last April, according to police.
Klein was sentenced yesterday for crashing into Camille Ricardo's car.
Klein had a history of drug abuse, according to police.
