There is a new twist in the murder case of a Medford Marine.
Dante Taylor is accused of raping and stabbing 21-year-old Sarah Goode.
A judge says prosecutors denied the suspect the right to a fair trial by withholding certain evidence.
According to Newsday, the judge ruled yesterday that prosecutors did not turn over evidence to the defense team in a timely manner.
Part of the evidence reportedly included a tip that the victim broke up with another man days before her murder.
Closing arguments in the case are set for Monday.
