Jersey Proud: Boy Scout builds new fence for Lebanon Borough community garden

Justin Verlin, a senior at North Hunterdon High School, earned the rank of Eagle Scout by getting to work on the fence, taking charge of the project and getting other volunteers involved.

A new fence around a community garden in Lebanon Borough, Hunterdon County was made possible because of the work of a Boy Scout.
Justin Verlin, a senior at North Hunterdon High School, earned the rank of Eagle Scout by getting to work on that fence, taking charge of the project and getting other volunteers involved.
The new fence was completed after 130 hours of work.
Verlin's badges now includes the one of Eagle Scout besides his other 35 merit badges.
