A Huntington Station man will spend 18 years in prison for sexually abusing his daughter.

The man’s name is being withheld to protect the girl’s identity.

The man pleaded guilty in December to abusing her for more than three years.

The Suffolk district attorney says it only ended after the child’s mother became suspicious and left a cellphone in the girl’s bedroom to catch abuse on camera.
