A 6-foot great white shark was found washed up at Dolphin Beach in East Quogue Wednesday night.
The shark was found by a local resident Craig Napolitan and his dog, Bonnie.
Dolphin Beach is approximately 3 to 4 miles away from the other great white shark that was found earlier Wednesday between Quantuck Beach and the Surf Club of Quogue.
Bonnie was in the ocean chasing a ball when Napolitan spotted the shark.
He says he thought it was still alive, so he dragged his dog out of the water.
When he realized the shark was dead, he waited for it to wash up ashore.
