A Holbrook father got quite a surprise in a package from Toys R Us.
Robert Stoebe says he expected to see his order of toys when a delivery from the store came to his Holbrook home. Instead, the box was full of insulin needles.
The package came from the Toys R Us fulfillment center in Ohio.
Stoebe says he called the store and filed a complaint. He also plans on filing a police report.
He's been assured by Toys R Us that the mistake will be corrected.
News 12 contacted Toys R Us, who said, "We are in the process of looking into this matter to determine how this may have occurred."
