One of the most respected Catholic schools on the Island has been slapped with a disturbing lawsuit.Sexual discrimination, sexual harassment and racial remarks are just some of the allegations Lynne Creamer has made in her suit against Chaminade High School. Creamer, a former secretary to the school?s president, also claims she was unjustly fired after she refused to end her relationship with the school?s athletic director, Donald Scarola. She also says Scarola was allowed to keep his job. Some of the other allegations in the lawsuit accuse a male dean of secretly videotaping students in the boys? locker room. There are also claims that male staff members made offensive remarks regarding sex and race. The lawsuit does not seek specific monetary damages, but seeks Creamer's reinstatement. The school's president, Reverend James Williams, says the lawsuit is without merit and will be resolved in favor of Chaminade.
