Editor's Note on August 21, 2018: Due to heavy rains, the sunflower maze at the farm is now closed. Below is the story that aired before the closure.
Mattituck is home to a 25-acre farm filled with nothing but sunflowers. Sunflowers are in bloom for about two weeks.
When they die, the farmers then take out the seeds from the flower and squeeze them to get sunflower oil. They use the oil in their family business -
North Fork Potato Chips.
