Christie Brinkley took the stand again Monday, making her case for custody as her divorce trial moved into its second phase.
Brinkley?s testimony centered on her children with architect Peter Cook, 10-year-old daughter Sailor and 13-year-old son Jack. She told the court she hasn?t been interested in dating since filing for divorce two years ago because she has been focused on getting her children through the emotional tribulation of the divorce.
On the stand, Brinkley questioned Cook?s parental judgment, with his affair with his 18-year-old assistant and self-exposure on a Web cam as examples. She also said Cook does not share in parental duties.
Cook?s lawyers rebutted by presenting published articles in which Brinkley was quoted praising their client?s parenting skills.
