Commack HS marching band puts on parade for residents at Gurwin Jewish Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Workers put together 18 floats then walked them around the facility for residents to enjoy.

Some Long Island high schoolers helped seniors see a pre-Thanksgiving Day parade in the comfort of their own homes.
The Commack High School marching band lead the way for a parade Wednesday at Gurwin Jewish Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
This is the third year that the center has held a Thanksgiving parade.
Workers put together 18 floats then walked them around the facility for residents to enjoy.
Some of the float themes in the parade included Mickey Mouse, football and first responders.
