The landlord?s attorney says his client has thought the boiler was fixed after each incident. He also says Choudhury plans to bring the house ?into compliance.?
To get the house into compliance, two of the three families living at the home will need to find new living arrangements.
Why can't the town condemn the house and shut it down?
