Angela Pollina was taken Wednesday to the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility in Westchester.

That is where the Center Moriches woman will serve her <a href="https://longisland.news12.com/angela-pollina-to-be-sentenced-today-in-murder-of-thomas-valva">sentence of 25 years to life for the murder of Thomas Valva</a> in January 2020.

Michael Valva, the boy's father and Pollina's ex-fiancé, <a href="https://longisland.news12.com/former-nypd-officer-michael-valva-to-be-sentenced-in-murder-of-8-year-old">is serving the same sentence</a> for the child's murder.

The Center Moriches woman is serving 25 years to life for the murder of Thomas Valva in January 2020.

I haven't heard that. I had a great grandmother. Yeah, Pepsi and peanuts and eat what you want and be happy and enjoy the weather. That's right and get outside and eat outside. Tomorrow. Tomorrow is going to be a beautiful day. I see the headline right there. I know after a cold spell we have a nice little warm up ahead even through the weekend. And this weekend it will be the unofficial start to winter. It's meteorological winter which begins on December 1st. So, uh winter is right around the corner here. We are also tracking a couple of rain showers. First batch will come in Friday then late Sunday and early next week. So the weather is turning a little bit unsettled as we get out of this cold spell tomorrow morning, it is calm and cold 29 degrees, but we are getting up to 48 in the afternoon. It's a pretty big difference and you'll feel it. It's going to be just a beautiful day and that sunshine is going to be great, mostly clear right now. No problems around just zooming out to show you the big picture. We don't have any big storms coming, there is an area of low pressure all the way down by Texas and that's going to head our way into the weekend and that will bring us some of those showers. So tonight, mostly clear at 6 a.m. 30 Glen Cove 26 in Hampton Bays. There's the forties in the afternoon, so it is going to feel warmer. It's a seasonable beautiful day. A little bit of a late day breeze out of the Southwest Friday morning does start off with some sunshine, but the clouds will be moving in ahead of a front and rain will get here late in the day. After four o'clock, we have just a couple of light scattered. It doesn't really look like we're going to get much from this front and it is going to move through quickly. So by midnight, the rain is gone and it's a dry start to the weekend. We noticed some extra clouds around Saturday before showers return late Sunday. So there is that showery weather and some of the rain could last through Monday. It gets breezy after that. A little bit cooler and a dry stretch ahead as we head into the start of Hanukkah. Here's the answer guys about to you. No, let me go ahead and dive into these details because we got some important information to talk about and it's some positive news as we're gonna be seeing the pick of the week come our way forward tomorrow. Most of the Sunni guys, a nice mild breeze coming away certainly does feel much better than how it has felt the past several days. I mean, we're not gonna be seeing temperatures near record breaking levels, but hey, back to where we should be, that's a nice swing and a positive direction after we had lows in the thirties, low highs, I should say in the thirties now, moving on in for the next several days. Here are those morning lows coming on up and it will be a little chilly out there for tomorrow morning, but we'll feel much better by the afternoon hours and then the mornings coming up for the next several mornings. Number twenties in sight. In fact, not even low thirties out there. We'll be enjoying much more milder mornings and also mild afternoons coming through. But we do have to keep our eyes on when we are watching the showers. Come on down Friday is going to be a day. You do not go and forget that umbrella. I think between the two weekend days, Saturday is gonna be the dry of the two days. Our system just passes us just to the north, but we do have another one coming on in for Sunday and leaving us by Monday morning. So we will be watching a few rounds of wet weather come on through. But at least the cold air that's been sitting around the northeast is slowly getting nudged out of here. High pressure is moving on in. It's gonna be building up a nice south westerly flow helping those temperatures to move on upward. So let's track it for you in your future cash where tomorrow morning in pine Bush, you're waking up at 28 feels 21 over a new city. It's 30 feels like 25. Watch these numbers move up in the afternoon hours. Lots of low to mid forties out there for air temperatures and the feel like temperatures not too far off coldest number I see during this time frame is Middletown Field about 36 degrees. But hey, a light jacket, I think it's all you're gonna need. Don't wear a thick winter coat. Now going towards Friday here is that storm system I mentioned pushing out of the southern plains in the Ohio River Valley. It'll be bringing a scattered rain showers and some brief downpours for Friday evening ride. Then it's out of here by Friday into Saturday. And here comes another system swing on in through your Sunday morning. It will be lasting throughout Sunday, midday, on and off rain coming on through the rain showers will taper off by Monday and then we'll watch drier conditions move on in throughout much of next week. But unfortunately, it does get colder for the first night of Hanukkah.
