Alec Baldwin was arraigned in Manhattan court Monday on assault charges.
A man claims the Massapequa native struck him in the face over a
parking space Nov. 2.
Baldwin said nothing in court Monday.
Police have been told the other driver pulled into a parking space that one of Baldwin's relatives was holding for him, and the two men started pushing each other.
Baldwin has previously denied hitting the man. His lawyer said Monday that video will vindicate Baldwin.
