Port Jervis police say a teenager was arrested for allegedly breaking into a fast food restaurant in town.
Police responded the Burger King on Pike Street after the burglary alarm went off.
They say the 15-year-old was inside throwing items around the restaurant.
He ran off, but was caught shortly after and taken into custody, according to police.
The case is now being handled by Orange County family court.
