A collision left a 20-year-old motorcyclist critically injured Tuesday afternoon in Mineola, according to Nassau police.
Authorities say the man was traveling eastbound near Pershing Parkway around 12:30 p.m. when he and a BMW crashed on Jericho Turnpike.
The 42-year-old driver of the BMW remained at the scene of the accident.
The motorcyclist remains hospitalized. Police say an investigation is ongoing.
