This week's workout comes from Amanda at New York Sports Club. Amanda shows News 12's Elizabeth Hashagen an action-packed workout to do with a buddy.
Start with a walk or farmer's carry with a dumbbell on one side. When you reach the end, grab a ball and start a side shuffle back - tossing the weighted ball back and forth to each other. Head back one more time to grab a weight and do your farmer's carry on the other side to work on your core.
