This week's workout comes from trainer Alex G. at Energy Fitness in Huntington. This week is all about form.
A good way to involve your core in a classic dumbbell overhead press is to sit with your back straight. Alex also urges you to make sure you keep the correct knee on the bench for a classic one-arm row. He says it's important to lengthen your body during the move.
