Weekend Workout: Indoor pillow workout
Most people these days are confined to a small space indoors without any equipment, but we can still find a way to get a workout in! These are some different pillow-related workouts you can do, courtesy of Arianthe Vangelatos:
- Pillow plank-punch: Go into plank position, go into a high plank, then into a low plank and back up high while punching the pillow. It is important to keep your wrists above your shoulders, hips still and core tight. With each punch, you'll feel some burn in your oblique.
- Sit-up slam: Get onto the floor, do a sit-up and slam the pillow behind your head, then get up and slam it back down.
