A Babylon pizzeria has lost its fight to serve customers after-hours.
Village officials ruled Gino's Pizza on Deer Park Avenue cannot stay open past 11:30 p.m. to serve bar crowds on the weekends.
Newsday says that officials don't want to cater to people who may be abusing alcohol.
Some argue that it should be allowed to stay open late regardless of who the restaurant serves.
The owner says the decision "doesn't make sense."
