Police have released new video of a man they say burglarized a home in Commack earlier this month.

In the video, the man is seen trying to force his way into the Daisy Lane home holding what appears to be a handgun and zip ties.

As News 12 has reported, police say the homeowner was hit in the head trying to stop the suspect.

The man ran off.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
