Three people were pulled from the ocean Saturday night in Long Beach.

Long Beach police say everyone made it safely to shore after being rescued around 8 p.m. 

There is no word on what went wrong, but there was a rip current risk advisory in effect at the time of the incident.

Long Beach lifeguards are off-duty at 6 p.m.
