Officials from the U.S. attorney's office say a Bellmore resident was arrested Thursday for being part of the riot on Capitol Hill.

Justin McAuliffe, 39, was arrested this morning by the Joint Terrorism Task Force. McAuliffe was arrested at a Bellmore residence that was not his home.

Officials say pictures show McAuliffe outside the Capitol and inside an unknown congressperson's office.

McAuliffe is one of nearly 150 people who have been arrested in connection with the riot over three weeks ago. Five people died in the attack.
