UBS scores naming rights for Islanders' Belmont arena

Banking firm UBS has agreed to a 20-year deal for the naming rights to the Islanders' future home at Belmont.

UBS scores naming rights for Islanders' Belmont arena
The arena will be called UBS Arena. The Islanders are currently slated to move in for the 2021-2022 season.
"We are excited to announce this long-term partnership with the New York Islanders and are proud to play a role in creating one of the country's premier sports and entertainment venues," said Tom Naratil, of UBS, in a statement.
Islanders co-owner Jon Ledecky said in a statement the team is "thrilled" to partner with UBS.
"UBS Arena will stand as a beacon of strength, resilience, achievement and community, and we look forward to celebrating this milestone with our loyal fans," said Ledecky.
