A Nassau County teacher was in court Tuesday facing charges of raping a 13-year-old.
Lionel Harvey is a Uniondale High School teacher charged in an attack that happened last month.
Sources say the alleged victim is not a student at the school.
The Uniondale district says Harvey is banned from the school for now.
