WEATHER TO WATCH: Storms trending less intense and later on Friday. Most of the day will be dry with the slight chance for a passing shower or storm. The best chance comes between 9PM and Midnight as a front moves through. Any storms could bring brief heavy rain and gusty winds. Weather to Watch Branding may be needed Friday morning.
COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY: Continues for the South Shore of Nassau County from 8 p.m. to midnight. Tides are running one foot above normal with minor local flooding along the shoreline and low lying areas.
