Suffolk County police are urging residents to provide information if they know anything about five currently unsolved cases.
One of the cases is the fatal shooting of "Willy" Roquez Villalta-Jimenza at his Huntington Station home last year.
His family pleaded with the public in hopes of finding answers.
"Our family is not the same anymore, we're always going to have a missing seat at the table," said Villalta-Jimenza's sister, Sandra Huffman. "All we ask is that, please, if you know something, please say something."
The other unsolved cases include two murders and two fatal hit-and-runs. Victims of those cases are Marcel Arrington, Danie Philison, Robert Twiford and Tyler Phillips.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 1-800-220-TIPS.
