A man arrested for drug possession in Roosevelt was taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), police say.
Police say 48-year-old Hugo Leon was arrested Thursday after he kept driving on Saint Francis Street when officers tried to pull him over for turning without signaling.
Leon is accused of then throwing what was believed to be a bag of cocaine out of his window.
Police say Leon has a pending warrant of removal with ICE.
