Police say the woman ate at Potasia in Hicksville on Wednesday and then didn’t pay her bill.

A Plainview woman is accused of leaving a restaurant without paying and then assaulting a police officer.
Police say the woman ate at Potasia in Hicksville on Wednesday and then didn’t pay her bill.
When officers tried to arrest Ruoqiong Shi, 29, shortly after, they say she became violent and injured an officer.
The officer was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK.
