The Suffolk Legislature has passed a bill to make paying traffic tickets easier.
The bill directs the Traffic Bureau to come up with a payment plan for eligible residents. It will allow for payments to be spread out over time.
The program must first be developed, and then approved by the legislature.
There was no word on when the program will be implemented.
