Eight out of 10 people have cried at work, according to a new study from job search company Monster.
In a poll of 3,000 workers, Monster found that 45% of respondents said they cried at work because of their bosses or co-workers.
Only 19% of respondents said that personal, non-work issues were the reason they cried at work.
Meanwhile, more than 15% of respondents said they cried because of workload, and almost 13% said the cause was workplace bullying.
