The newly announced state-run COVID-19 testing site at Stony Brook University won't open until Monday.

Earlier in the week, the state said the facility would be able to test 250 people would be up and running by Friday

A spokesperson for the university says the information was incorrect.

All the appointments for Monday and Tuesday are currently booked.
