An employee of a Selden spa has been arrested for the second time this week, accused once again of touching a woman inappropriately during a massage.

Following News 12's reporting on Monday, a second woman came forward and told Suffolk County police that Li-Yong He, 52, touched her inappropriately during the treatment on Friday, April 24.

Suffolk County police re-arrested the Levittown man at W Foot Relaxing Spa on Middle Country Road last night.

Police first arrested He on Sunday, April 26, after a 27-year-old woman claimed that He put his mouth on her breast while she lay on the massage table earlier that day.

She immediately went to the police and reported the incident.

At the time of his first arrest, He denied the accusation by the woman on Sunday, telling officers, "I only give normal massages. I didn't do anything."

He pleaded not guilty to forcible touching and unauthorized practice of a profession during his initial arraignment on Monday. The judge issued a temporary order of protection and He was released.

According to police, He is also accused of working without a proper license.

Neither He nor the spa appears to be registered under the New York State Office of the Professions database.

This spa has a history with law enforcement.

On April 11, 2025, Suffolk County police arrested an employee there during a massage parlor raid.

In response to our request for more information about whether the business had ever been shut down, how it was still operating and if the town plans to do anything about it moving forward, a Brookhaven town spokesperson told News 12: "The town is not a police agency and while we can control zoning, land use and fire codes, we rely on the Suffolk County Police Department to enforce violations of law, and the state for violations of professional licensing."

Suffolk County police charged He again with forcible touching and unauthorized practice of a profession.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on these new charges later this morning.

Suffolk County police continue to urge any other potential victims to come forward by contacting the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
