Selden spa employee accused of forcibly touching female client during a massage

Suffolk County police are asking for any other potential victims to come forward as part of the ongoing investigation.

An employee of a Selden spa was arrested after a female client said the man forcibly touched her during a massage over the weekend.

Suffolk County police said the incident happened at W Foot Relaxing Spa, located at 1070 Middle Country Rd. in Selden on Sunday, just before 1 p.m.

According to investigators, the 27-year-old victim was lying on the massage table when the alleged incident happened. She immediately demanded that the employee leave the room, then drove to the Sixth Precinct in Selden to report the incident.

Suffolk County police investigated and arrested Li-Yong He, 52.

Police charged the Levittown man with forcible touching and unauthorized practice of a profession.

He is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip later today.

Suffolk County police are asking any other potential victims to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.

This isn't the first time police visited this spa.

On April 11, 2025, Suffolk County police arrested two people during a massage parlor raid at foot spas in Medford and Selden.

At that time, police arrested and charged spa employee Ruogu He, 42, of Bayside, Queens, with unauthorized practice of a profession.
