A second woman has come forward accusing a Selden spa worker of inappropriately touching her.

That spa worker is Li-Yong He, who News 12 previously reported on for allegedly putting his mouth on a woman's breast during a massage.

Police say that after news reports of his first allegation, a second woman contacted them.

That alleged incident happened on April 24, two days before He's first arrest for touching a 27-year-old woman inappropriately as she laid on the massage table.

The 52-year-old Levittown man was arrested for a second time on Thursday at the spa by detectives and charged with forcible touching and unauthorized practice of a profession.

Other possible victims are urged to call 631-854-8652.
