A Hampton Bays woman accused of driving drunk with a child in her car has been arrested.

Police say officers pulled over Lina Lopez-Alvarez Wednesday night on County Road 39 near North Road for speeding and failing to signal for a turn.

That's when they believe she was driving drunk with a 2-year-old in the car.

The 35-year-old is charged with aggravated DWI and endangering the welfare of a child.
