Sea Cadet Corps community program celebrates promotion ceremony in Castle Hill

An "army" of kids celebrated their promotion ceremony in Castle Hill Saturday. The Sea Cadet Corps was started in 1954 by World War II veterans to keep kids in the neighborhood busy with positive activities.
