14ds agoRichard Nicolello is set to be appointed as North Hempstead Town Attorney on Jan 1.
This comes after the expiration of his term as Nassau legislator. He served the 9th District since 1996.
Nicolello has also been a practicing attorney since 1986, beginning his career as a deputy town attorney in North Hempstead.
