Residents and political candidates protested for political change in Mineola this afternoon.
The anti-corruption rally was held on the steps of the Nassau Legislature building.
The rally is a reaction to last week's arrests of Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano and Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto.
The protesters are demanding new campaign finance and ethics reform laws be passed. Some are also calling for Mangano and Venditto to resign their posts.
