Long Islanders took advantage of the February warm weather at Bethpage State Park on Friday.
Golfers say as soon as they woke to temperatures in the 50s, they went to book their tee times.
"Decided last night - just sent out a text just to see who wanted to go out because we have some nice weather and golf in February," says Vincent Ricebuto, of Plainedge. "Who wouldn't want to play?"
Others came out to the park to jog, walk and just enjoy the day outside.
