Authorities say a man from Queens is accused of burglarizing businesses in Nassau.

The alleged incidents occurred between July 9 and Aug. 10.

News 12 is told the suspect, 40-year-old Sean Smith, was spotted Wednesday night climbing onto the roof of a Bellmore jewelry store.

Police say Smith left before officers arrived but was picked up a short time later.
