Police say they caught a PTA vice president in a romantic tryst with a 13-year-old boy in a car outside a Baldwin school Friday night.

The two were allegedly found half-naked in a fogged up car in the parking lot of Meadow Elementary School. Authorities say 44-year-old Joan S. Tuckruskye and the boy were naked below the waist, but claimed to have only been kissing.

Tuckruskye was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. The teen?s uncle told News 12 Long Island his nephew connected with Tuckruskye through her 13-year-old daughter and that the two had been text messaging each other for months. The family wants to see the charge against her upgraded.
