Those in attendance said that small business owners are suffering and should be able to reopen now.
Phase 1 of reopening Long Island is expected to happen on Wednesday, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
Nassau County Executive Laura Curran says phases will be spaced out two-weeks at a time if Long Island continues to meet the state-mandated metrics of reopening.
