A 70-year-old Ridge man is accused of having explicit videos of children who authorities say are as young as 3 years old.

Prosecutors claimed in court that Dominick Umbrino had videos of female kids ages 3, 4 and 6 years old performing a sexual act on an adult male.

Umbrino was arrested at his home Monday. Neighbors say there was a large police presence.

Police seized computers, hard drives and cellphones from Umbrino. They say the items had a 'significant' amount of child porn on them.

Laura Ahearn, the executive director of the Crime Victims Center, says child pornography is the currency of the sexual exploitation of children. She says with new technology, it is unfortunately readily available to those illegally searching.

"It is really serious to possess any type of image that is the sexual abuse of a child," says Ahearn. "It is a very big deal because it is creating the demand for the sexual exploitation of children."

Umbrino is being held on $75,000 cash, or $225,000 bond.

He's due back in court Sept. 15.
