Suffolk County prosecutors are looking to give Nassau County hundreds of guns seized from accused Gilgo Beach murder suspect Rex Heuermann's Massapequa Park home, according to court filings.
Heuermann could face possession charges for the weapons found.
The court documents say some of the guns have been possessed illegally.
Prosecutors don't believe that the guns were used in any of the killings that Heuermann is accused of.
Heuermann pleaded not guilty to three killings in the Gilgo Beach case.
