A woman was struck and killed by a driver in Lake Success Thursday morning, police say.
Authorities say the 74-year-old woman was struck by a delivery truck at around 10:30 a.m. The incident occurred at the intersection of Lakeville Road and Farm Lane.
Police say the truck stopped after striking the woman. She died after being rushed to the hospital.
