Police say a Westbury man is accused of driving drunk with a 4-year-old in the car.

Police say officers spotted Doroteo Morales Rodriguez, 43, committing multiple traffic violations and pulled him over on Stewart Avenue just after midnight today.

He had slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet, according to police.

Rodriguez is facing a slew of charges, including child endangerment and DWI.
