A Mepham High School student wants drivers to slow down near her school.

Emma Koelling is advocating for a solar-powered flashing speed limit sign to be installed outside of the high school as part of her ambassador Girl Scout Gold Award project.

She says she felt the need to stand up for change - after she saw one of her classmates get hit by a car - a few years ago.
